Today we will focus on learning how to summarize. Before beginning, please visit the Daily Illini and choose any article on the website to read and write a couple of sentences on what the article was about.
After, we'll discuss some strategies through this presentation and go over the Tips for Summarizing Research Articles Handout. On your spare time, you can review the answers to the handout.
